Swithenbank House Main Bathroom
In a very old building in Rothwell, this bathroom was designed to be a calming, inviting space that feels both modern and timeless – complete with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, and a layout that still feels open and uncluttered. We nailed it.
There’s just the right amount of blank wall to soften the scheme and let the earthy tones breathe. Subtle herringbone tiles in a ‘bone’ shade pair beautifully with brushed brass fittings, adding warmth and texture without overwhelming the space.
A custom-built storage unit above the WC was designed to blend seamlessly with the rest of the room, adding practical storage without disrupting the relaxed, refined feel.
