Enevo Building Control

Our work is split across three specialist areas - Building Compliance, Building Safety and Building Control.

Our Building Compliance team supports projects with energy, sustainability and environmental requirements. This includes SAP calculations and EPCs, air tightness and ventilation testing, sound testing, overheating assessments, thermal modelling, Psi values, acoustics, air quality, renewable energy statements and wider planning and sustainability advice.

Building Safety supports clients and design teams with their responsibilities under the Building Safety Act and CDM Regulations. Our team provides Building Regulations Principal Designer and CDM Principal Designer services, alongside dutyholder advice, compliance reviews and support on more complex projects.

enevo Building Control is a separate Registered Building Control Approver. Our Registered Building Inspectors provide plan checking, Building Regulations advice, statutory consultations, site inspections and Final Certification for residential and commercial projects.

For homeowners and self-builders, having these services within one group can make it a lot easier to manage the different technical requirements that come up during design, construction and completion. Architects, developers and contractors can use us for a single service or bring several areas together across the same project.
