We work with clients who are self building or renovating, who generally have architect's plans and a competent builder. However we know from experience that this does not necessarily mean you have a fully designed building. Many design decisions are made once the build begins. At this point you are rushed into answering questions and making decisions without time for due consideration. There will undoubtedly be ones you regret.

Embarking on a self build project is daunting, and as the man said, there are " known unknowns and unknown uknowns".

We are here to anticipate the miriad questions you will be asked, and prepare you with as many of the answers we possibly can. Many will not understand what a fully designed building means, we do, and we are here to share that information. We help you bridge the gap between the architect and the builder, and utimately make sure that your interior works for you.

Our projects vary from extensions to substantial new builds. We always bring value to the build and we always help the client save money, time and ensure they acheive their vision.
